Refund policy

Not for you? Tell us within 30 days of your delivery and you get your money back or a store credit, your choice.

Every drink is made to order, the day we deliver it, and is best the day it arrives. Every can's label shows your order number, the day it was made and the date to drink it by. The 30 days is how long you have to tell us, not how long a drink lasts.

How to ask

Use the contact page at drinkduo.ca/pages/contact within 30 days of your delivery. Send us:

  • your order number
  • which drinks were not for you
  • a photo of those cans (full or empty) with their labels showing
  • whether you want a refund or a credit

Keep those cans until we reply. We may ask to collect them on one of our delivery days.

Warm, damaged or wrong

Tell us within 24 hours of your delivery, with a photo of the cans and their labels, and we will replace them on your next delivery or refund them, your choice. If we left your order at your door, we check your request against the photo we texted you when we dropped it off.

Bulging, leaking or off

If a can is bulging or leaking, or smells or tastes off, before the drink-by date on its label, don't drink it. Send us a photo of it with its label and we will replace it on your next delivery or refund it, your choice.

What we refund

  • What you paid for those drinks, not their regular price.
  • The delivery fee too, when the whole order is refunded.
  • Perks that came with an order are not refunded in money.

How you get it

  • Card payments go back to the same card. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Store credit goes into your account right away and does not expire.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order until 10 pm the night before your delivery day. After that your drinks are already being made, and the 30-day promise above still applies.

Fair use

This promise is for anyone a drink lets down. If one account or address asks for refunds again and again, we will keep this promise on the orders already placed and may stop taking new orders from it.

Your rights

This policy adds to your rights under Ontario law. It never takes any away.
